ETA my question(in don't think x-post worked):
What was it like? How soon after were you in labor? I am 40w5d and this morning I had some red/pink blood in toilet and on toilet paper, I have been having cramping since tues-nothing regular yet and I was 1.5 cm, 50% effaced and -1 station on tues. Waiting for md office to call back.

I didn't have it with baby #1 or baby #2 but I did with baby#3!

It was pinkish red on the TP when I wiped. I didn't have a big glob like I have heard others explain. I was 40 weeks 5 days when I had it. It was around 9 pm. I went to bed and woke up at 3 am ready to go to the hospital. DD was born at 11:16 the next day (40 weeks 6 days).

That was 2 years ago tomorrow for me! Good luck to you!!!

I had it w/ #2 ! It looked like a bloody boogy I went into labor 3 hrs later ! Good luck

I had a bit of bloody mucus on the Monday morning, started contracting Monday night, lost most of my mucus plug throughout Tuesday and had actual bleeding/show Tuesday night/Wednesday morning around 2am. DS was born on Thursday morning at 1am.
