This is what I found helpful
A good stroller
a chair that babies can sit in
Pack N Play
Swings
Lots of bottles
swaddles
onsies with feet
medicine
diapers
pacifiers
butt cream
snap N Go ( i have that for you with carseats)
tub that fits in sink
baby shampoo
Also something babies can lay on with bright colors --for bellytime
Thats all i used in the beginning--for a good 6 months you can basically put the babies anywhere and they entertain themselves.

Not for your registry, but I found these to be, and still a lifesaver (especially when we had help with feedings, or sitters over): Bumpy Name - you can tag each of the bottles. They are dishwasher safe too.
