X-Post: Hicks Nursery & Santa
I keep seeing pictures posted on FB from Hick's Nursery with Santa and a lot of decorations.
All their website says is that you can come and meet Santa and take a picture with your camera. They also have two reindeer.
Do they do other things there? Has anyone ever been?

There's a little walk through Christmas display - pretty much like the Otto the Ghost one if you've ever been. That's pretty much all you can do there other than see the reindeer and Santa.

What's Otto the Ghost?
This is the first year that DD will be old enough to do these Christmas things so I was thinking about taking her to Hicks.

They decorate the store very nicely for Christmas. There are multiple product displays and you can take pictures in front of them. Santa is free but you have to bring your own camera. There is a small walk through animated display and reindeer. It's cute and free but I never get out of that store without buying something....

Re: X-Post: Hicks Nursery & Santa
Wego several tomes a year since the girls were babies. Best of all it is free. We almost never buy something. They have a free santa. Check times as he does have break times. They have 2 raindeer outside (cupid and dancer maybe?). Then they have a nice walk through with a storyline. Lots of decorations to take photos with. Sometimes they have a group who play Christmas/ holiday music. I think last year it was a brass quartet. They even brought bells and passed them around for the kids to play when they played jingle bells etc. You bring your own camera and there is no charge.
They have a nice walk through for halloween and a hayride. The easter bunny is there and free to at Easter time.
