X-Post How much do you pay for fall cleanup and can you recommend someone who will service in farmingville?
fall cleanup
My landscaper quoted $250. I felt that was steep since we really don't have that many trees. Tried to do it on our own but we don't have the proper things to get in the flower beds. Any recommendations for a reasonable company that will be able to come to farmingville?

It all depends on how big the yard is, how much leaves you have and how long workers will be at job.

Yes I know this. I was hoping to get an idea of what some are paying so I could figure out if $250 is reasonable for my yard. Right now I don't think it is.

our guy just charged us 180 and we have zero trees. i think its pretty pricey

Yeah it is pricey. I have one small tree in the front and no leaves really on the lawn. In the flower beds only. Then I have one tree in the back but again it's not a crazy amount of leaves and mostly blown into the flower beds. We just really don't have the equipment to take care if it. We tried one flower bed and I felt like I was ruining it.

We found someone who does our neighbors lawn and hubby negotiated down to 150-- we don't have a huge property but we do have one tree in the front (although DD had already raked most of the leaves the weekend prior)

$150. We don't have trees but my neighbors do so it looks like we have about 8 tree worth of leaves. So much fun.

Depends on size of land and amount of trees. My property has a tons of trees and fallen leaves, over .50 acres that need to be cleaned. Mine is charging $250. Price includes cleaning the leaves off the roofs and the gutters.

We got our landscaper down to $200 and we have a massive yard surrounded by trees. DH haggled with him.

sigh. ours cost 350. We usually don't do any service. they had to come check out our property before they would quote, said it depends on trees etc... We have a small lot in nassau county, but all our neighbors trees overhang us and its a big leaf bowl in the backyard. They mowed and raked the flower beds. We didn't elect the fertilizer treatment which was $30 I think, and lime $20.
gutters cost $50.
