I never was formally "diagnosed" with it, but I definately had it ....It hurts like heck thats for sure and fortunately it goes away after the baby comes...However, after I had my DD, I still feel a bit of a strain even now, not sure if its related...
The only thing that helped me somwhat is putting a pillow between my legs when sleeping  Feel better !

Yes, I had this. It was AWFUL. I honestly had a textbook perfect pregnancy EXCEPT for pubic symphysis diastasis. It was the absolute worst pain and was CONSTANT. If I was moving, I was in horrific pain. The good news is that it does indeed go away. I remember waking up the day after giving birth and it still being there and thinking "I THOUGHT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO AWAY"???? lolol...I guess I was a little impatient. Anyway, I don't remember exactly when it went away, but it wasn't long....

I had it with my second pregnancy (but lucked out and didn't get it with my 3rd). It was pure torture! My bone would make loud popping noises that people could hear across rooms 
It went away about a week after delivery for me
