Re: X-post: sub-chorionic bleed

I had one around 6 weeks and it scared the crap out of me...doc said its either everything or nothing and referred to it as a "threatened miscarriage", basically it would either cause both babies to be miscarried or it would go away. Luckily i rested and didn't do stairs or any heavy lifting and it eventually went away..but i had spotting most of the 1st trimester. Hopefully you will have the same success!

Re: X-post: sub-chorionic bleed

thank you! i'm glad yours went away..how long did you rest for? I had the episode on Sunday night and I was home (on vacation) Monday and Tuesday and today I am working from home. Doc yesterday said he only saw a little bit of blood left in there and no need for bed rest but I am just taking it easy.

Re: X-post: sub-chorionic bleed

I had it w/ both successful pregnancies.
Very scary. I bled for weeks. I think from weeks 5-12. Longer the second time. It was always worse when I was more active. Lifting anything.....groceries, laundry, etc....made it worse. Take it as easy as you can!
