XP- preganancy... So I'm supposed to have my first OB appt tomorrow...
and the office just called me to tell me that they are no longer doing OB patients... so I now need to find another DR. Does anyone have any recommendations for some one in the smithtown/hauppague/ islip area?

My Dr. is right by Wild by Nature in East Setuaket. I don't know if that's to far for you. The name of the practice is Three Village Women's Health. They are fantastic and I've seen all the doctors in the practice. My favorite is Dr. Schoenfeld. He delivered Parker.
The number is 689-6400.

I go to Obstetric and Gynecological Specialties (at least I think that is what the group is called - I can never remember their actual name!)
I used to go to Dr. Weiss, but rumor has it she left, so now I will see Dr. Marin. She delivered DD (via unplanned section) and I loved her!
The have 2 offices, one in the medical building at St. Catherines (where I delivered - loved it there too  ) and one in Stonybrook by the Smithhaven mall on 347.
The office number in Smithtown is: 631-862-3800.

I second Dr. Marin. I love her! She was great during my pregnancy and even better after when I was going through my PPD.
