Xpost: DVD player in minivan

My SIL just purchased a minivan and it didn't come with a DVD player. Obviously she wants one put in but the dealership wanted $1,200 to do it. Has anyone had this installed in their minivan outside of a dealership and it didn't cost an arm and a leg and they did a good job??? Can you recommend anyone? Thanks!

Have you looked into getting a portable player? They are between $50 and $200. You can get straps to mount them to the seatback, plus, when you stop, you can take them out and use them everywhere else as well. That's what I plan on doing pretty soon.

X to the Z! Don't forget the ones in the headlights, under the hood, embedded in the front bumper.... (yes, I've seen all of these places with TVs...
