haha really how many is TOO many?!?? We have 2 and want to add a 3rd... no dogs...
TO the OP, I would take em but DH has his heart set on a white and gray one... plus, we would need another girl kitty in the house... our older kitty has always been harrassed by boys for some reason

omgosh! i want this kitten so badly but DH says no!  i've been trying to convince DH for years that our cat needs a friend but i never win! i hope you can find a home for him

2 cats, four turtles and fish. But we care for two outdoor cats (we tried to adopt them but they are just not indoor cats and can't be trusted alone)

I would LOVE to but we have 2 already and we live in a one bedroom so a 3rd will be a bit overcrowded. But I know of a GREAT rescue group you can try to see if they will take the little guy. They are called Bobbi & The Strays. Here is their website and facebook page.
