XPOST From Health: Looking for a Responsible Psychaiatrist

Hello-

I am writing for a loved one who feels that a psychiatrist change is in order. The current psychiatrist put my friend on heavy duty mind and body altering drugs without a physical or blood work. My friend is now concerned and would like a second opinion as to weather this is the right combination of pills for this specific case.

Must take GHI. I thin this person also has oxford through his.her SO.

You don't necessarily need a physical or blood work to be prescribed psychiatric meds. Generally they ask for a health background but with any medications there are always possible unforseen side effects.

Some psychiatric meds do require routine blood work though to monitor live and kidney functions.

Do you know what your friend was prescribed?
