Xpost from pregnancy- Breastfeeding Bracelets
Anyone use a breastfeeding bracelet? My friend had a rubber one on yesterday (kind of like the livestrong bracelets) that helped keep track of last feeding/last side fed that seemed like a decent idea. She bought it online, just wondering if anyone has seen it at BRU or BBB?

It has the hours/minutes on it too with this sliding piece to change the time (hard to explain)

I used one as well and found I forgot to switch it after I was done nursing so I resorted to feeling my boobs and seeing which one was fuller

I have used the "squeeze" technique as well.
