Definitely go to a doctor...it could be a neuropathy, rhematoid arthritis, Hashimoto's Disease, nerve damage, etc.

Could be a Morton's Neuroma (an inflamed nerve...you would need orthodics, cortizone shots or surgery). I have it and even though I don't really get a numbness or a tingling the podiatrist is always shocked when I say I don't. See the Dr. definately.
