OMG, this is EXACTLY my situation. We are thinking of TTC, but i have a severe panic attack disorder and on 20mg of Lex ( barely coping ).I am doing TONS of research and trying to figure out what to do. The only thing i am sure about is that having anxiety/GAD, etc does not prevent you from being a good mother. NOT AT ALL! I know people who suffer from the diseases mentioned above, but they make GREAT mothers Please do not get discouraged. It is a long way and it will all be OK in the end

I am going to FM you later on tonight when I have a little more time. I have a anxiety/panic disorder since I was 8 and am now pregnant for the 2nd time.

Thanks for the support and future FM's! Sometimes I just get so frustrated with the fact that TTC/Pregnancy is stressful on its own without having to deal with the anxiety disorder that came out of no where ( or at least that is how it felt) Does the doctor feel you can stay on the Lexapro during your pregnancy olechka or do you plan on trying to wean off? I'm glad there are some positive stories of people overcoming or at least coping with this issue and becoming great mom's. I feel so guilty:(
