xpost: using certain urine to test?
Does it matter which urine you use to test? I know a lot of girls use FMU but when I go home for lunch I was thinking of testing. Is it bad to use mid day urine? By the time I test I would have been holding it for only 2 hours or so since I just went a little while ago.
any experience with testing on short held mid day urine?
Thoughts?

It depends on how far past ovulation you are I would think.
If you are far enough past it, it won't matter but they say to use the FMU because it's more concentrated when it's early on.

How many DPO are you? Have you missed your period? If you are early I recommend FMU....if AF didn't show then you may get something later. but I would definitely hold your pee for as long as you can!

I think it depends on how many DPO. I tested on 13 dpo and used FMU, but then I retested that night and still a positive. I think if you're really early FMU is suggested because the hcg is more concentrated then.

I think if its very early on FMU is the best to use. When I first tested I was 4 weeks along and I took the test in the morning before I got in the shower and then again when I got home from work and both showed a positive so it can't hurt to take the test anyway. GL!!

i tested with mid day urine and got a BFP but keep in mind AF was due the following day

well im new at this TTC thing and my frist cycle off BC was 33 days so i kinda just "winged it" this month with when i would ovulate without being educated on the signs and what not. If my cycle is around the same time then i am due for AF on Sunday.
if i get my BFN then at least this month i am more aware of how to know when i am ovulating. i have been reading books and researching on here.
