Color root touch up didn't fully cover gray
Did you go to a salon? If so they probably didn't mix the formula correctly. They either used the wrong developer, not enough neutral or a semi permanent instead of permanent. Maybe the wrong hair dye. It needs go process usually a minimum if 35 mins possibly longer for grey. Call them and tell them you aren't happy with the coverage and ask them go redo it
