Huggies overnights!! They were a godsend for me. I am not sure what size they start at though - maybe 2 or 3. Or you can try putting a cloth insert (like a cloth diaper) in the diaper as extra protection. I have seen them sold at Stop & Shop but the true name is escaping me

Huggies Supreme and Kirkland work for our belly sleeper who goes 14 hours overnight in the same diaper.....

We use Pampers Baby Dry, but someone gave me this trick...fold the top the diaper in and down. We haven't had any leaks since

i don't know if the other types of diapers mentioned come in the little sizes 
That works WONDERS!!! Our pediatrician taught us this trick!!! DS also is in size 2 at almost 4 months.
