Ya know what really sucks?

The fact that I am in marketing, and to keep my clients happy, I always go out of my way to try to help them, accomodate them in any way I can and always listen to their petty little rants about stupid sh!t, yet any time I want to buy something or need to deal with someone in customer service I always get stuck with the rude a$$hole who thinks they have the right to say whatever the frig they want to people. I am so sick and tired of the rude pieces of crap! Why cant I get a little professionalism when I am trying to spend my hard-earned $$$?
