Ooh fancy! I work right by there.
Not sure what kind of dress code they are expecting, but I'd do a long dress as the sister of the groom- something jewel toned. What color is the bridal party wearing? If you're not going to be in it, I'd avoid it to avoid confusion.
Nordstrom has some pretty dresses...
