YAY!
I had my LAST obervation on Wednesday and my post-observation... this is my tenure year and now i'm done with all the observations.
I have my tenure review meeting next week!

Yes... and i hear it's really a "congrats" meeting from the superintendent before he sends my name into the Board of Ed. I am hoping it's a done deal!

I am so jealous :) I have a few more observations. They don't do tenure observations until Feb/March in my district. Right now I am just sweating it out! LOL
