Yay!
Today I had a bad body-loathing day (tried on swimwear, need I say more? ).
I was so depressed. Then DH came home and we walked 2 miles at a nice steady pace! That's the furthest we've gone so far (off treadmill), so I feel so much better now.
I know people on here must do this all the time, but it made me feel really good. I feel more motivated now to lose my 13 pound goal!
Any advice though? Should we make it further? I want to lose this weight as fast as possible as to not blow the whole summer (since I am refusing to wear a bathing suit). I don't eat a lot, and don't want to restrict my diet too much (i'm already restricted for migraines and IBS-D). How many times per week minimum should we be walking?

Congrats! You're doing great!!!
Walking is great exercise. I think 5 times a week would be good, for at least 45 mins. each time... I don't know what speed you're walking but I think 4 mph is a good speed to work up to.
