YAY!! I got my permanent certification!
Yay all my paper work went though!
I was so nervous so many of my friends had so many issues getting this done I did it right online and it was awesome
and I did a name change! THey did it in a matter of a week!!!
I waited so long to do it I am such a procrastinator!

A permanent certficate costs $100.00
You only pay for the name change ($25.00) if the certificate was already issued in your maiden name. If this is the first permanent certificate, just get it in your new name and it's just the $100.00
