Love these, in black would be my choice.
I know, you can wear with skinny jeans and leggings, skirt...but would it look ok, underneath jeans?

With the right jeans, they won't look clunky. I only wear boots under jeans or with skirts.
I don't like the tucked in look at all.
I like them, if I had normal sized feet, I'd get them in light brown.
