It's 35 inches from shoulder to hem, and I'm 5'2", so it should be okay, right?

i would wear tights with it- not leggings. I think it's too dressy for leggins.

I don't think you are going to need leggings or pants.. I think black tights will be just fine.. I saw this too and thought it was adorable..
