Yes, ANOTHER WW question lol
Ok, so I've been giving it some thought and I decided I'll just give WW a go since it's more flexible than other plans I researched... My latest question:
I read that WW has a new plan called points plus... Is it really necessary to follow the new plan? I have all the old books and guidelines from about 5 years ago (that I never used of course!) and would prefer to just use those since I already have them... but don't want to miss out on any new perks OR mess up because of all the new calculations (like with new products at the supermarket, or when going out to eat), etc... What do you ladies suggest?

I'd throw out all the old stuff and stick with the new plan. If you look up points online or see things in the supermarket that are ww brand and marked with points you will only get confused. IMO the new plan is much better. It takes more into account than calories. It promotes much healthier eating.

definitely the new plan. I have all the stuff from the old plan as well, but threw it all out when i started last week. This plan is different and so far i like it better.
