 I know those concerns. I had a fibroid ademona removed a few years ago.
It was pretty scary. My doctor felt a lump, and sent me to a radiologist. The radiologist told me it was a tumor and I Had to see a specialist to see if it was cancerous or not. I found the top breast surgeon in NYC. I had a biopsy and found out it was benign (thank g-d). I still had it removed.
It taught me not to take my health for granted. Thankfully, everything was OK for me. But I definitely know the fear. FM me if you need anything. 
I could have posted this word-for-word! Definately a sobering experience, but it did work out for me in the end. If you have any questions, or need info or anything, feel free to FM.

Well, someone must have noticed the boobie girl pic I snuck in here - I did it for a little comedy relief, but I guess there will be none of that tonight! I thought for sure I could get away with it since the nature of the post is a little serious...

I must only be able to cry when DH is around... He is still coming home from work, and I feel nothing right now - but I have a feeling when he comes home I'll be bawling all over again to him....
