YIKES! RHOA Husband Apollo Nida Sentenced To More Than Seven Years In Prison!!!
We’re still waiting for the “official” sentencing information, but early reports indicate that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison for identity theft, conspiracy, and fraud. He reportedly won’t have to surrender until a later date. We’ll keep updating as the news finally trickles out of the courtroom this afternoon. His mom was present for the sentencing, but Phaedra Parks was not.
TMZ says Apollo’s sentence is for 7 years and 8 months.
Apollo got a much shorter prison term because he cooperated (aka ratted out others) with the Feds.

What a stupid Dbag!!!!! So he was so upset living under the shadow of his wife (who was a nasty C to him) so he broke the law...AGAIN.
What a big DBAG for doing this to his 2 children. They now will grow up without a father. And when he comes home they wont know him.......he gets what he deserves. I have NO sympathy for those who break the law like this, know what they are doig then go to prision.
And maybe prision is better than living with Phadra.

This is the first thing I thought of, especially the baby. The first 8 years of his life will be without his father. I hope she divorces him.
Now I'm wondering if this will set the precedent for Joe Giudice.

Agreed.
Aren't they rich enough with the tv show and their work out video and funeral business and oh yeah she's a freaking lawyer. People are greedy and it's gross and unfortunately their little ones will have to pay the real price here.
