Yoga Ball
So the time has come at work that I think I need to sit on a yoga ball. My office chair has no support and I just can't get comfortable anymore. My stomach is too big for criss cross legs. Crossing my legs lasts about 3 minutes before a leg falls asleep. I have to sit with my legs wide open but it's hurting my back.
Here's my question. What am I looking for? There are so many options and descriptions, I don't know what to get.

Re: Yoga Ball
I dont have an answer for you, but I'm curious, because I sit at a desk all day long too. Would sitting on a yoga ball all day be more comfortable? There's no back support and I find, for me at least, at 32 weeks with my belly if I dont lean back I actually feel like I'm crushing her a little bit and it hurts more.

Yoga Ball
I sat on one in a coworkers office and it took the pressure off my back and hips. It helped me sit up straight and had both feet planted on the ground. It was SO much more comfortable than my chair.

I might need to try this!

Yoga Ball
I didn't use it for my desk, but I bought one for home. I just picked a yoga ball from Target. It was the best $11.99 I've ever spent.
