Yoga classes near hicksville?
I am looking for a yoga class near the hicksville area that has classes on tuesday nights. Prefer a more private atmosphere not a huge class. Also must be beginner. anyone have any suggestions?

it is hot yoga, however the 8pm tuesday night classes are intro to hot yoga classes, with an amazing teacher. beginner level, small class. (usually 10-12 students)

Hot Yoga Massapequa. Totally geared to beginners.
This is the perfect time of year to go, because although the classes will initially be crowded with everyone who is making their resolutions to get in shape, you can hide out in the back with everyone else who doesn't know what they are doing ;).
It starts to die down again after January and the classes are much smaller.
It's $20.00 for 10 consecutive days of unlimited hot yoga.
