yoga in babylon area?
i just found out im pregnant and want to keep in shape and though yoga would be good to try. can you recommend a place? I found one place online but it was a bit expensive. A reasonable fee is important to me also.

do you know if you have to be a member to take classes there though? I don't think I want to join a gym right now, just wanna try the yoga.

A close friend of mine Nicole Tzen teaches prenatal yoga. The name of her studio is Inner Balance located in Farmingdale 475 Main Street. The phone number is 516-293-3770. I believe she teaches 2 prenatal yoga classes a week...she also offers pregnancy massage. Oh, and congratulations!
