Yoga question. Should I start with a class or at home with a DVD?
I really want to start yoga, but I'm not sure how to begin..
I have a yoga DVD, should I start with that, or is it better to try a class first?

I would go to a class. I used to do yoga years ago and just started with a class and now recently just started going to hot yoga and just started with a class even though I have videos at home.
Let them know it's your first time and they will be gentle with you and not push you.

Check out an Adult Ed class through your school district, if they offer them. It's a great way to learn the basics amongst all kinds of people of varying fitness levels.
