Yogo Delish in Port Jeff
So we went to Port Jeff last night with some friends and they wanted ice cream. Once of them got ice cream from the candy shop and the other got frozen yogurt from "Yogo Delish." It is right across the street from Red Mango and is the same type of store...self serve fat free...etc. Well they had all of these different flavors. Since it wasnt cheat day, I got a cup of coffee and just tried a taste of the red velvet...OH MYG OD...it was DELICIOUS! Has anyone been there? I looked online for the nutrition info but there isnt any...seems like a new, family run business...Not sure how good it is for you but highly recommend it!

I love Yogo Delish! Me and my family go there all time. I noticed that they have their nutritional information right above each machine where it says what flavor it is. I am always watching what I eat, and it is healthy! I believe the nutritional facts are just like all the other frozen yogurt stores, except this is family owned. The flavors are great and so is there staff. I wished I lived closer but I don't mind the drive.

Its actually right across from Red Mango, ironically! I know it posts the calorie count...Im not looking for that. I want the macro nutrients..how much protein and carbs...sine it is fat free
