Not only is he picky even with foods he will eat. If he isn't in the mood to eat it he won't. Now he also is giving me hard time with eating jared food, which I see as good sign except for the fact that he is picky. The only thing he will always eat for me is fruit. How much fruit can he eat and the onlys ones that do not give him a diaper rash are banana's, pears, peaches and apples. I have tried so many and he will get a diaper rash later that day. He has to be hungry because he really isn't eating that much durning the day. I just wish this was eaiser.

The pickiness drives me crazy. Honestly you cant force him to eat but what I do when John gives me a problem is I leave the food I made for him on his little table, if he asks me for something else I tell him no. He will eventually go over to the original food and he will eat it. If it take 10 minutes or 2 hours, when he is hungry enough he goes for it.
How old is Luka? Does he eat table food? Its alot easier to feed them table food than baby food.
Good Luck

What does your pediatrician say? Is he losing weight? Can you try a combination of fruit with something else.
I dont think there is much you can do except keep offering him a variety of food. Some kids are picky eaters. I know pushing it on him will make it worse.
There are times we would put food on his plate. Ignore him & talk about how delicious it was. We've pretended to be pirates & girafees that are eating. We've used reverse psychology (Don't you eat anything on your plate), etc.
He's probably getting more than you think he is, but maybe not the variety. Joseph hasn't turned into a Peanut Butter sandwich yet.

He is definitly not loosing weight and this is a new issue so I see the ped on wed. for some shots so I will ask her then. He is 13 months old so when I give table food I actually ignore him otherwise he won't eat it. I put him in his high chair and he watches tv and eats. I know it isn't a good habit but any other way he just plays with it or gives it to the dog. If we are eating lunch or happen to eat dinner very early which happens in a blue moon he will only take a few bites of what we are eating and that is it.
I guess my main concern is like what Barbara said, that he isn't get enough variety and nurtients. I do try to give him vitamins but I have no clue how much he actually gets because he spits probably half of it out.

We have a picky eater over here too. I swear she lives on ravioli, grilled cheese, mac & cheese, french toast sticks and perdue chicken nuggets. I don't know how she doesn't get bored of it because I certainly would, but for some reason she's fine with it.
As far as the baby food I know that a lot of babies start to refuse it before or around their first birthday. Can you give him fresh fruit cut up? (fresh bananas, ripe pears, melon?) and see how he likes that?
I have also found that if Emily is being a pain in the neck at meal time, refusing to eat, I can usually get her to eat just a little bit later while she's doing other stuff. She'll sometimes just eat better while she's playing or being pushed in the stroller. Maybe she just doesn't like the limitations of the high chair.
As long as he's gaining though I wouldn't worry too much. A lot of kdis don't like variety. But I'm sure he is fine!
