I couldn't believe that I was hearing correctly when I heard this.
Then I read multiple articles about it.
“You know,” Mr. Trump knowingly told the approving crowd, “if you go out and you want to buy groceries, you need a picture on a card. You need ID."
Just reinforces how out of touch with reality he is.

There is no shortage of stupid oozing out of his pores. But, what I don't get is do his rabid die-hard supporters ever scratch their heads from time to time thinking "what is he talking about?" Aren't they ever at a rally waving their confederate flag around and hollering obscenities while grabbing their crotch... do they ever stop and think to themselves "wait, what? I've never needed an ID to buy groceries."
