ooh man! forgot how good rachel rays " you won't be single for long" vodka cream sauce is!!! we made it tonight- sooo good and sooo easy!! PLUS, when we make the whole batch, we get 2 dinners out of it- so that means another night later this week i won't have to cook

we made this the other night... it wasnt that good... i wonder if we did something wrong... the sauce was so thin!

i usually double the heavy cream. comes out thicker this way. yum

I had the same problem and really didn't like it. I bookmarked one on here that I love and make all the time. I will link it.
I don't use the pancetta.

yeah- it came out thin for us too the first couple times... but last night DH made it and let it simmer for a looong time before adding the cream to really let it reduce down. i think the brand of tomatoes you use makes a difference too- last night the tomatoes we used were really thick

seeI don't think I had a problem, but I think I let it reduce and I do think I add all of the cream in the smaller container
