Your DCs favorite toys - infant to 1 year
Preggo in need of some help here! I want to register for some toys that I can use for my DS's first year -- I'm thinking shaper sorters, educational and just plain fun toys. Could you recommend your child's favorites? Thanks!

My Pal Scout or Violet if ur having a DD
Mortimer the Moose
TV remote that looks A LOT like the cable remote- I forget who makes it...
He has shape sorters etc but isn't into them- I mean he doesn't play with them the right way yet...

DS is 3 months and these are the things that have been really useful thus far.
-Tiny love mobile (he is obsessed with it - it's like crack!!)
-Playmat with hanging toys
-Ring toys
-Grab apple (first thing he could really hold and put in his mouth)
-Baby Einstein bendy ball (again easy to hold)

Bright Starts Elephant (the big one that is an all in one toy and the little one that has a crinkly belly)
Vulli - Sophie the Giraffe (for teething)

My 3 month old has no toys.
I think she is too young to play with anything yet.
She does enjoy her hands though!

So funny, I would get the shiniest coolest toy for his age group and he would have no interest, but give him something simple...stacking cups, stacking rings, blocks...he could play with those all day.
A family friend got him this VTech horse that comes with 4 blocks. He loved it. Around 8 months he started to like this slide that comes with 3 little toys that go down the slide. When he was really little he liked the little activity gym that came with this little Octapus rattle thingy.

You could try those lamaze or sassy infant toys...I bet your DD would enjoy those and would be great for practicing grasping.

this is us too. MIL tried to buy her a toy remote but she could tell is wasn't the same and was not a fan. my bb is a favorite of hers. she also loves her jumperoo and in the early days loved her activity mat and fisher price aquarium.

Ds is 10 months and not really into any toys.
He still love his jumperoo.
He loves small squishy toys he can gnaw on.
OOOO-he loves the fisher price stage thing that has a mirror. The sing a long stage I think it is?

my daughter choked on hers because the legs are too long, it got caught in her throat.

These soft blocks are great
This was the first toy my son really interacted with and LOVED for months!
Another favorite! He still plays with this one at one year!
Anything with balls they love!
We have this one and my son played with it all the time!
BOOKS BOOKS BOOKS!
A good crib toy to keep them busy..I had one similar to this
HE is loving this now (at 1 year)
I would have been lost without this! Once he started crawling he stopped wanting to go in it but for months he used to fly around the kitchen and this kept him busy when I cooked/cleaned ect
