Yummy 3 point find
We all know and love Fage 0%, right? It equals 2 points. Well, I stumbled on something at the grocery store today - it's a fig/hazelnut spread, and I mix 1 tbsp of it into the Fage, and OMG... YUMMMMM... and it only adds 1 point

I love Fage 0%!! I mix blueberries or strawberries with it and eat it almost everyday!

Mt. Vikos, Fig & Hazelnut spread... I bought it at a specialty grocery store, so it may be difficult to find, sorry!
