Yummy low-cal recipe
I saw this posted on Pinterest yesterday and decided to try for dinner last night.
Just pop open a bag of broccoli slaw, and sauté with a little oil.
Add sauce and a little bit of parmesan cheese if you like.
It was delicious. Kinda reminded me of spaghetti squash.
I would never think to do this and always have broccoli slaw in the house.

Re: Yummy low-cal recipe
I love broccoli slaw, too! I have been making big batches with homemade Asian style dressing, or in a pinch, Newman's light sesame ginger. Sometimes I toss in almonds or sunflower seeds. I made a similar veggie slaw with shredded zucchini, carrots, and green cabbage. I find lettuce is so perishable, so I like the veggie slaws as a cold salad that keeps for a few days in the fridge and is filling.
But I never would have thought to cook it or add sauce and cheese! I will have to try it! Thanks for posting the idea.
