Zappos sues the Walt Disney Company for false advertising.

Zappos.com, Inc. has filed a class action lawsuit against the Walt Disney Company over false advertising. Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, says it's just one battle in his efforts to prevent companies from making misleading claims.
The lawsuit alleges that Disneyland's tagline of being "The Happiest Place on Earth" is "clearly false, deceptive, and confusing to the marketplace",and cites internal Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics that suggest that the designation should be given to Zappos.com, Inc.
A legal representative from Zappos declined to comment, citing company policy on pending litigation. Representatives from Disney did not immediately return phone calls seeking comment.
A local Las Vegas news station uncovered additional details immediately after the actual filing of the lawsuit.

Sooooo Zappos.com is the happiest place on Earth? I mean if that actually goes to trial or settles-I seriously will NEVER EVER shop there.

Absolutely
No way this is true. Zappos has a great sense of humor -- even the "reporter" in the beginning of the video clearly seems like an actor.

No way this is true. Zappos has a great sense of humor -- even the "reporter" in the beginning of the video clearly seems like an actor.
