Zone Diet
I am thinking of getting the Zone Diet meals delivered to me for the next month...
Did anyone of you do that and were successful in loosing weight?? I am hoping to lose 10-15 lbs...

I did not do it, but a friend of mine did. She lost weight but the second she stopped getting the meals delivered she put it back on again I think she stopped working out though.....

I'm going to have to agree...I did the diet and it was alright for a while but it wasn't something I could stick to forever.

I'm going to have to agree...I did the diet and it was alright for a while but it wasn't something I could stick to forever.
Was the food not good?? I am afraid that after paying $35 a day I will not be satisfied...

I did it for a month, and was not happy with it. There were several occasions that the food was spoiled, especially the yogurt! Then there were days that they would forget to even deliver my food.
You are better off doing it on your own, once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.
I actually prefer WW over the Zone, because the Zone is quite strict with wanting you to eat a carb/protein/fat ratio at eat meal...and it's not the most realistic thing. It can be done, I stuck to a zone-like program for years, but then I got bored and tried WW, and it is so much easier, with the same results.
