zone or windsor pilates?
Has anyone tried either one of these? I am interested in ordering one but i don't know which one is better. Has anyone had successful results with one or the other?
Any feedback good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Loved windsor pilates.
I could only do the lowest level. The advanced was a little too advanced for me, but I didn't really try to stick it out.
I definitely saw a difference when I did them.
