Zumba Lovers Come In
I have my first Zumba Class this evening and I am really looking forward to it. I love to dance it is a part of who I am but since I am new to Zumba can you ladies give me some insight on what to expect? Is it a hard class and for a Zumba beginner like me and does it take a long time to get the moves right? TIA!

I took it through continuing ed and the library, so I am one of the youngest in the class - after 8 classes (more for some) some of the older ladies still weren't getting it right 
I don't find it particularly hard to follow, especially if you listen to the music. It really is a lot of fun and they don't stress keeping up at all.
Hope you love it as much as I do!
Also, make sure you bring lots of water!
