Zumba @ Lucille Roberts Bay Shore
Today I took the best class I have ever taken.
Zumba Saturday 9:15am
When I first got there, I couldn't believe how crowded it was (Still room to work out) but more people then I have ever seen in a class. But once we got started and by the end, I totally knew why it was packed.
I didn't catch the name of the women teaching the class, but man was she fantastic!
Hope she's there again next Saturday.
Thought I'd share
