I don’t but a thought is call your card company to dispute the charge. Many have good buyer protection programs. Good luck!

Does anyone have tickets to a show at Nassau Colliseum?
Depending on source of tickets, you had a window to cancel for refund, or credit. If re-scheduled, you had a change to cancel as well if you were not available on the new date. If not re-scheduled, your should of gotten a refund. This is from ticketmaster as i had tickets for Jones Beach this summer but obviously canceled. We just moved tickets to next summer and see what happens.

NYCB Box office for the coliseum just posted on Instagram today stating that they’ll be open to process refunds Monday- Friday noon to 4pm. Good luck!!

NYCB Box office for the coliseum just posted on Instagram today stating that they’ll be open to process refunds Monday- Friday noon to 4pm. Good luck!!

Thanks again! I just saw it. Will try it at noon tomorrow. I'm hoping this goes through with Ticketmaster as they would not budge for me.
