Trump Will Not Attend Inauguration
It’s for the best. No one wants him there anyway.
It’s like when you have to invite some asshope family member out of formality but you don’t want them there anyway and they RSVP no and you’re relieved.
He doesn’t deserve to be anywhere near Washington DC anyway. For many reasons.

If they were smart they would lock down the inauguration and only let a few select people attend and just televise it.

You don't blame him? It's the adult thing to do! It's precedent. It's part of a peaceful transfer of power. It shows grace, normalcy, and humility.
To be clear, I never would expect him to do the adult thing and show grace, etc., but for anyone to actually excuse and condone it is disturbing.
