On the topic of vitamins...
What do your kids take?
Looking to get a good multi-vitamin for my boys. I could use something to help my 11 year old grow. LOL
They are both healthy and eat pretty well (11 and 9), but want a good vitamin for them too.

DD also takes the One a Day gummy vitamins. We take them together everyday. It's a treat. lol!

I give them the multi-vitamin gummies they sell at Target. They also take a Vitamin C gummy as well.

Another friend mentioned her kids still take fluoride. I stopped when they got a little older and were using regular toothpaste. I thought once they use regular toothpaste and get fluoride treatment at the dentist you stop, but I could totally be wrong.

The fluoride that they ingest is to help strengthen the adult teeth that are forming. The topical fluoride in toothpastes and treatments are for the current teeth that are already in
Once all adult teeth are in, she said we can stop the fluoride vits

I take The Foundation pack by Sakara. My kids take Nordic Naturals Fish Oil.
Maybe vitamin C and collagen would help promote growth? I would think it's mainly genetics. How tall are you and your husband? Maybe hormones or acupuncture to help the pituitary gland?

We use Mary Ruth Organics for multivitamin and Vit D3 with K2, all in gummy form. I also give them Zinc in liquid form from the same company. They use Earthley’s Good Night Lotion for bed time too because of their magnesium, it helps with sleep among other things, and I’ve read it’s best absorbed by the body when applied topically. They also take cod liver oil and probiotics.

My kids take a daily chew multivitamin, 1 drop of D3 on the tongue, zinc and vitamin c; they are 4 and take toddler doses
