CBD oil
I had a nice bottle one time and I liked it. The problem is that it is regulated here and somewhat difficult to find.
What I mean by ‘somewhat’ is that I will see it and it’s a bit pricey. It says no THC, etc. I think great, they have finally relaxed a bit here. Then it says it is not for consumption and only for aroma. At 30 Euro a bottle, what is the point?
Is this something they have to put on and everyone is ingesting?

Re: CBD oil
I use it religiously. It has to be shipped with this little disclaimer letter saying it has 0 THC and has been tested for THC by an independent lab But it never says we can't consume it. I mean, you kind of need to consume it for it to work. They have bath bombs and body scrubs and lotions and such but for my anxiety I need to be ingesting that stuff!

That’s what I don’t get! I want to ingest it not smell it! I don’t like the smell.

Re: CBD oil
I’m assuming that specific CBC got other ingredients in it that makes it suitable only for topical use. My SIL and BIL use CBC as well but they ingest it and they swear by it.

Hi Nell- Do you mind sharing the particular type/brand that you use? My anxiety is through the roof for the past year. A glass of wine in the evening helps, but I’m thinking that I may need something more. Thanks!

Sure. There are 2 brands I use, Sunday Scaries and Sugar and Kush. Both online. I like both but Sugar and Kush is cheaper so more bang for your buck. They also run a lot of sales and promotions...follow them on FB or Instagram. Both companies sell gummy bears and flavored oil tinctures. The oil works a bit faster, you hold it under your tongue so it absorbs more quickly. Sugar and Kush also sells CBD cookies which are very good. The thing with CBD is you have to figure out the dose that works for you and it's kind of trial and error because there are no set dosaging guidelines like on FDA approved supplements and drugs. I have found my sweet spot is about 35 mg. But you start out with around 10 mg and kind of adjust up from there. There's no buzz or anything, you don't really "feel" anything, but you notice you are just more relaxed and sleep better etc
