Monday morning debate….
Since we like to debate on here so much…..
This came up when choosing paint colors…..

Monday morning debate….
I had always used Gray, but more recently, because I started seeing Grey, I have changed. What I would like to know is since when did Gray become Grey?

My son's name is Grayden. I debated between the "a" and "e" spelling for a while. LOL

pretty sure grey is the English spelling and gray is the American version.

Gray is the American spelling and grey is the British spelling. Like neighbor and neighbour.
ETA my phone is definitely American because it autocorrect neighbour to neighbor.

I use both because I literally have no idea what the difference is lol. I try not to type it anyway because I'm afraid of using the "wrong" one.

Now that you mention it, I kind of feel that way too. GrAy seems lighter and more pleasant in my mind.

Off topic, but the classic anatomy textbook is "Gray's Anatomy" but the show is "Grey's Anatomy"
For whatever reason, I always thought that disparity was interesting.
