Wine subscription?
Believe it or not, Macy's has a wine subscription. I signed up last year - for the introductory offer which was 6 bottles + 2 bonus bottles and 2 wines glasses for about $40-$45. The wines I received were actually surprisingly good. I didn't continue the subscription (I think it was about $150/month) but 8 bottles for around $40 was a great deal
