Apple Watch question re: the fitness app
I just got the watch and I’m truly liking it. I have the fitness app where you close the 3 rings and it really is keeping me accountable.
But Is THAT app free?
If I choose the fitness portion in the center with the guided workouts, it said 9.99$ a month.
I don’t want guided workouts. But I like the 3 rings.

The three rings are free. You can adjust the rings for different targets and I think you can even compete with others.

There is also the badges you can earn. Every month there is a challenge set for you. July was walk/run 110 miles for me. I love my watch, it forces me to exercise at some capacity.
