Any tips for making dress less itchy in shoulder/chest area?
Dd tried on her flowergirl dress, and says it's too itchy on her shoulders and chest. The fabric in that area is lace with a layer of tulle or something like that under it. It doesn't seem itchy when I touch it with my hand but she's insisting it's itchy to her. I read that I could try rubbing it with a dryer sheet or putting baby powder on her skin, but I'm not sure if either of those might cause discoloration to the fabric, so before I do that I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas. I can't put a nude leotard on her under the dress because it would show in the back because of the way it is designed. has anyone tried clear tape?

I got my daughter a full slip and just cut it to the length needed I bought a woman’s extra small and then cut it.

Is there someone who will be altering the dress as maybe they can put some fabric in those areas?
